Each item is custom-made to order, requiring 2–4 business days to craft and prepare for shipping. Once ready, delivery times are:

• USA: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• Australia / Japan: 4–8 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

International orders may be subject to customs or import fees. These charges are not within our control and are determined by your local customs office. Duties are the customer's responsibility.

Complimentary standard shipping is included on all U.S. orders of $100 or more. Orders below that threshold are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Yes — for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@theoriginalonebrand.com with your order number and a clear photo. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.
