How WeShipping Policy

Processing Time

Every piece is produced on demand. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing pending payment verification. Shipping estimates begin after your order has been processed and do not include this window.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.

Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please confirm all details before completing checkout.

U.S. Shipping

Complimentary Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $100 or more.

  • Standard Shipping — 3–5 business days after fulfillment
  • Expedited Shipping — 2 business days after fulfillment
  • Overnight Shipping — 1 business day after fulfillment

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

International Shipping

All international orders ship via DHL Express. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

International delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–21 business days after fulfillment. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order via your account dashboard or directly through the carrier's website.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please allow 24 hours before contacting us — in most cases the package arrives the following day.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For orders marked delivered but not received, we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf. The Original One Brand is not liable for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery.
