Each item is custom-made to order. Please allow approximately 2-3 business days for processing and production before it ships.

Standard Shipping is currently the only shipping method offered. U.S. orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after fulfillment. International delivery times are destination-specific and are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation, since transit time varies by destination, carrier, and customs processing.

International orders may be subject to customs or import fees. These charges are not within our control and are determined by your local customs office. Duties are the customer's responsibility.

Complimentary standard shipping is included on qualifying U.S. orders of $100 or more before taxes. Orders below that threshold, and all international orders, are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Yes — for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@theoriginalonebrand.com with your order number and a clear photo. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.
