Every piece is produced on demand through a trusted fulfillment partner. Production begins promptly after your order is confirmed.

All Sales Are Final

Every piece is produced on demand specifically for your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, fit, or change of mind. All sales are final.

We strongly encourage you to review our size guide carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about sizing, reach out to Client Services before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We work with trusted production partners to fulfill every order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your claim with our production partner. If approved, we will either ship a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that resolution times may vary as claims are processed through our fulfillment partner.

Please note: We are unable to accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Cancellations

Because orders are sent to our production partner promptly, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase and only if production has not yet started. Contact us immediately at info@theoriginalonebrand.com with your order number.

Approved cancellations will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Final Sale Items

All releases from The Original One Brand are designatedFinal Saleat the time of purchase. This is clearly communicated on every product page and at checkout. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders confirmed by our production partner. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on the claim review process. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the amount.

We do not issue refunds for: change of mind, incorrect size selection, or fit preferences. Please use our size guide before purchasing.
